High Court Enforcement

High Court Enforcement is probably the fastest, and in our experience the most effective method of recovering monies owed. If you already have a judgement over £600, or obtain one with our assistance, CRAR London can arrange for it to be transferred to the High Court for enforcement by our team of Enforcement Agents.

This option for enforcement is an important one to bear in mind now that CRAR excludes service charges and insurances. Once your judgment has been granted, it can be transferred to the High Court for enforcement.

All you need to do is send us a copy of your Judgment (keeping a copy for yourself), along with a cheque for £60 payable to HMCTS.

We will manage the transfer up process on your behalf and commence action once the writ is sealed and returned back to us from Court.

When enforcing writs at Commercial premises, agents are permitted to force entry to seize goods. Their powers include the ability to enter residential premises through unlocked doors or normal means of entry, and to climb outer walls and fences to access goods.

Our team of professional Enforcement Agents are recognised for their determination and commitment to getting you your money back. We provide innovative and effective High Court recovery solutions across England and Wales.

Where we recover payment in full of judgment and costs, we will also collect your costs of execution under the writ, and any interest for you. All enforcement fees and charges are paid by the Debtor upon successful recovery.
